Question by Tink: Does anybody have feedback on the diet plan called Fat Loss for Idiots??
This is not a “diet”. It’s an education uncovering myths and eating in cycles….curious if anybody has any feedback from their own personal use.

I have heard of Fat Loss for Idiots, however I do not know what the diet entails. Let me just say this. Diets don’t work. If you truly want a good plan to lose weight Read Sylvester Stallone’s book Sly Moves. It is fabulous. In the book he goes into great depth about diet plans, which he went on and he points out the errors in the plan.
