Question by chawahx: How can I know if im gaining muscle or gaining fat?
I started a new diet and exercise routine.. me and my wife have been doing it for a week straight.. I wasn’t expecting to lose 5 pounds or anything.. but I weighed myself before and it read 218lbs .. now after a week of eating amazing and exercising I know weigh 219lbs.. ??? I doubt I gained body fat.. so im guessing I weigh more because i gained muscle??
How can I keep track of my body fat loss??

Usually you can tell by your measurements. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you may see an increase of weight when you step on the scale. Try focusing on your measurements instead of your weight.
